Last updated: November 5, 2026
By adding or using MikuBot you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Using the bot
- You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You are responsible for how your staff and members use tickets in your server.
- Don’t use MikuBot to harass, scam, spam or break the law.
Your server’s data
Your server’s content stays yours. We only store what is needed to run the bot, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please tell your members that tickets are saved in transcripts.
Availability
MikuBot is free and provided as is. We try to keep it online, but we can’t promise it will always work, and features may change or be removed.
Announcements
The MikuBot owner may post announcements about the bot, such as updates, downtime and changes to these terms, in one channel of every server that uses it. You choose that channel during *setup. If you skip it, MikuBot picks the channel most members can see. Announcements can mention @everyone.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost data, downtime or any damage from using the bot.
Ending access
You can remove the bot at any time. We may block a server or user that breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
